AI Zombie Trend Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy governs portraits, optional instructions, generated videos, accounts and other activity submitted to or performed through AI Zombie Trend. It forms part of the Terms of Use. AI Zombie Trend is operated by Jingxuan Li, an individual business operator based in China. By using the service, you agree to follow these standards and all applicable laws.

Scope of the AI Zombie Trend policy

This policy applies to uploaded photographs, optional text instructions, the generated video and audio, download or sharing activity, safety reports and attempts to interact with the website or its APIs. A private result is still covered even if it is never posted publicly. The fixed zombie-reunion story is intended to be cinematic and non-graphic; its fictional theme does not permit users to request prohibited content.

You may upload only your own portrait or material for which every depicted person has given explicit permission for this use. AI Zombie Trend does not accept photographs of minors, celebrities, political figures or other public figures. Permission to upload a photograph does not authorize deceptive impersonation, intimate content, fabricated endorsements or another prohibited use.

Prohibited AI-generated content

AI Zombie Trend prohibits generating each of the following six categories. These are separate content standards, not examples of a narrower rule:

Pornography or NSFW content: nudity, sexual activity, sexualized imagery, fetish content, non-consensual intimate imagery, nudification or sexually exploitative material.
Violence or gore: graphic injury, blood or dismemberment, torture, executions, sexual violence, cruelty, realistic attacks, glorification of serious harm or instructions that facilitate violence. The service permits only the non-graphic suspense and peaceful resolution already built into its fixed story.
Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens or incites discrimination or violence against a protected group or a person because of a protected characteristic.
Child-unsafe content or CSAM: any sexual, exploitative, abusive, grooming or otherwise unsafe depiction of a minor, including fictional, altered or AI-generated material. Images of minors may not be uploaded for any purpose.
Deepfakes or impersonation: non-consensual or deceptive synthetic depictions of real people, fabricated statements or actions, false endorsements, identity fraud, public-figure impersonation, or presenting an AI video as authentic evidence or footage of a real event.
Copyright or trademark infringement: unauthorized use of protected characters, footage, music, logos, trade dress or other material, or output intended to confuse people about source, sponsorship or affiliation.

Zero-tolerance and other prohibited conduct

Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, content that facilitates terrorism or violent extremism, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, credible threats, incitement of genocide or ethnic violence and criminal exploitation are zero-tolerance violations. AI Zombie Trend may immediately block the request, terminate access, preserve evidence where legally required and report the matter to competent authorities or child-safety organizations.

You also may not generate or spread fraud, scams, misinformation, defamatory material, privacy violations, spam, malware or content designed to harass another person. Attempts to bypass safety controls, conceal prohibited intent, reuse another customer's entitlement, overload or scrape the service, reverse engineer private prompts or APIs, or test the service for prohibited content are violations even if no video is completed.

AI Zombie Trend content moderation

AI Zombie Trend uses layered controls that reflect the limited product format. Before a generation is claimed, the service requires an authenticated adult account, two supported portrait files, an affirmative permission and no-minors declaration, a fixed non-graphic story prompt and bounded optional instructions. Server-side validation rejects unsupported requests. SeeAPI reviews both compressed portraits, and Waffo Pancake separately scans optional text instructions. Only an affirmative allow verdict permits generation. An input that is blocked, requires review, cannot be reviewed or times out is rejected before provider submission and does not reduce the generation balance.

AI Zombie Trend's independent completed-video review is currently disabled. A provider-completed result therefore proceeds to private delivery without a separate SeeAPI sampled-frame decision. Users remain responsible for reviewing every result before sharing it and must report prohibited or unlawful content through the channel below. AI Zombie Trend may disable a retained result link, delete the retained copy or restrict the account after a credible report or other evidence of a violation.

Generation is performed with Seedance 2.0 Mini through KIE. KIE's NSFW checker is enabled, and KIE or Seedance may apply additional provider safety checks to submitted prompts, images and generated results. Provider rejection or safety review may therefore prevent a task from starting or completing.

Automated systems can make mistakes and cannot identify every violation. AI Zombie Trend does not publish a public user gallery. Completed videos are delivered privately and retained for a limited period, which reduces public exposure but does not replace review. The operator manually reviews credible user reports, available task records and retained results when needed, using only the information reasonably necessary to decide whether this policy was violated. Patterns of provider rejection, credible reports and attempted circumvention may be used to improve service controls.

How to report prohibited content

Report suspected prohibited content or behavior to the monitored channel support@aizombietrend.net with the subject “Safety Report — AI Zombie Trend.” Reports may concern a child-safety risk, violent or hateful material, impersonation, misuse of your image, infringement of your rights, or another violation of this policy.

Include the result URL, purchase ID or task ID when available, the category involved and a short explanation. Do not email full payment-card details, passwords, government identification or additional private photographs. Reporter information is limited to those who need it for review, legal compliance or safety action. Reports are assessed impartially based on available evidence. Knowingly malicious or materially false reports may themselves lead to restrictions.

Critical reports involving child safety, credible imminent harm or terrorism are prioritized as soon as they are seen. For other reports, AI Zombie Trend aims to provide an initial response within two to three business days. A review may take longer when evidence, provider information, rights verification or legal consultation is required. The usual workflow is receipt, severity triage, record and content review, decision, enforcement and notice where appropriate.

Enforcement actions

AI Zombie Trend applies actions proportionate to severity, intent, recurrence, user history and legal risk. Available actions include refusing or stopping a generation; warning the user; disabling a private download link; deleting a retained result; restricting generation features; invalidating unused generation entitlements associated with abuse; temporarily suspending or permanently terminating an account; blocking repeated abusive activity; preserving records where required; and cooperating with Waffo, the model provider, rights holders or lawful authorities.

Critical child-safety, terrorism, credible-threat or criminal-exploitation violations may result in immediate termination and referral without a prior warning. Serious pornography, graphic violence, hate or deceptive impersonation violations may result in removal and suspension. Copyright, trademark or other rights complaints may result in disabling the identified result while the claim is reviewed. Removal or account action does not guarantee a refund when the user violated this policy.

Review requests and policy updates

If you believe an enforcement decision was made in error, email support@aizombietrend.net within 14 calendar days of notice with the relevant account email, task or purchase identifier and supporting explanation. The operator will reconsider the evidence and, where reasonably available, seek a second review for a disputed serious action. An appeal does not restore access while an urgent safety or legal restriction remains necessary.

AI Zombie Trend may update this policy as the product, providers, risks or law change. The version and effective date above identify the current text. Material changes will be announced on aizombietrend.net at least 15 days in advance unless an urgent safety, legal or provider requirement requires faster action. The structure of this policy follows the public Waffo AUP guidance, adapted to the service's actual controls.
